Open edX 2025 Election (TOC) - Voter Registration

This is the voter registration form for the 2025 election of 3 open source community members of the Technical Oversight Committee (TOC) that helps manage the Open edX project.

By submitting information in the form below, you acknowledge and agree that Axim Collaborative, which stewards the Open edX project, will receive, use, and share your information as described below for the purpose of carrying out the 2025 TOC election process and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

If you decide not to vote in the election and want to change or remove your information, please contact oscm@axim.org.

If you are a Core Contributor, you do not need to complete this form. You are pre-registered to vote already.

Voter Identification and Consent

The email that you submit must be valid so you can receive important messages about this election. Additionally, you must use the same email address for voting that you submit with your voter registration. We will use RankedVote for voting and tallying results.

Public profile URL

URL of a public profile page presenting you (eg. personal website, LinkedIn, etc.)

Open edX Course URL

URL of the Open edX course you help publish, produce or run. It needs to be a currently active course, i.e. it needs to be currently accessible to learners, either publicly or based on selection.

Course credit URL

URL showing a proof of the role held (teacher, operator, etc.) on the Open edX course linked above (eg.: credits, news article mention, resume, etc.). It can be the same URL if it's on the same page.
